Gabrielli Leasing and Rental in Fairview, NJ is seeking a Leasing Fleet Supervisor to oversee fleet maintenance and customer communications. You will manage service schedules, authorise repairs, and ensure accurate documentation and warranty handling.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in automotive service, strong fleet maintenance knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record are required; vaccination per policy may apply.

Fleet maintenance and mechanical knowledge required.
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce quality repairs of all Leasing and Rental trucks at the location.
Manage PM service schedules and set customer appointments.
Interface with customers with daily updates and facilitate breakdowns.
Write up vehicle complaints on repair orders and relay to foreman/technicians.
Ensure accuracy of shop paperwork, part purchases and invoices.
Communicate performance expectations and company initiatives to employees.
Check OEM dealer portals for warranty coverage and goodwill requests.
Verify GPS systems reporting properly; manage inventory and vendor relations.
Perform daily lot checks to keep trucks rental-ready.
