Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial in Lawrenceville, GA, is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Supervisor to oversee the fleet and supervise shop technicians for timely repairs of trucks and heavy equipment.

You will hire and train staff, schedule workloads, and manage maintenance records while upholding safety standards. Strong leadership, diesel/gasoline repair knowledge, diagnostic skills, and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shop and coordinating technicians.
• Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine repair.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and software.
• Ability to read service and repair manuals and document maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Hires and trains shop employees.
• Oversees daily workflow and schedules of shop staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations and enforces policy.
• Plans tasks for fleet auto repair shop including diesel vehicles.
• Prepares maintenance schedules and informs drivers when maintenance is due.
• Operates diagnostic equipment to identify repairs.
• Performs repairs and maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Maintains maintenance and repair records database.
• Oversees shop inventory and parts orders.
• Ensures safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
