The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 2:00pm–11:00pm, with a strong emphasis on operational performance and cross-functional backup coverage. Compensation includes potential bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in a maintenance ops environment; may substitute for this requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in a maintenance ops environment; demonstrated success in Ryder role may substitute.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow and labor management: plan and schedule work, assign to technicians, and monitor productivity.
• Customer management: handle issue resolutions, satisfaction, and uptime, with PM scheduling follow-up.
• Asset management: oversee shop tools, equipment, and vehicle specs in SAM; ensure proper documentation.
