Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance/Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and plan workload for technicians and support staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet targets for safety, quality and cost.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle uptime and service delivery.
• Maintain shop documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
