Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years in maintenance ops; substitutions allowed.
• Maintenance/Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians, track productivity.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel and manage performance.
• Customer management: maintain customer relations and vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: oversee shop tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Quality management: perform inspections and root-cause analysis.
• Financial management: monitor maintenance cost per unit and payroll/PO processes.
