US Foods is seeking a Manager, Fleet to lead all facets of fleet maintenance, safety, and cost control. You will drive a culture of reliability, train technicians, and ensure proper documentation and certifications for company-owned equipment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep fleet experience, and a proven ability to manage budgets, supervise diverse teams, and collaborate with drivers and internal stakeholders to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fleet equipment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of DOT, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations.
• Thermo King and major certification.
• Possession of a valid state Driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance and ensure safe working conditions.
• Foster a safety-focused culture for associates, drivers, and customers.
• Interview, hire, and train fleet technicians; schedule schooling and certifications.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure documentation and certifications are up to date.
• Manage purchasing, warranties, capital requests, and parts inventory; develop annual budget.
• Coordinate with drivers on equipment use and procure service bids for repairs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, Tax) and produce weekly/monthly reports.
