Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train fleet technicians; schedule training and certifications.
• Manage purchasing, warranties, and parts inventory; develop annual budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT) and proper documentation.
• Produce weekly and annual reports on fleet performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with drivers and operations to maintain efficient fleet operations.
