Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Fleet & Facility Operations to oversee the safe and compliant operation of all fleet maintenance, facility, domicile, and hub functions. You will lead a skilled team, optimize workflows with CMMS, and partner with third-party providers to sustain cold chains and asset life.

You will drive preventative maintenance programs, enforce PWMs, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, USDA, and DOT.

Qualifications

Experience leading fleet and facilities maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and safety.
Experience coordinating with QA, sanitation, and vendor partners.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and labor across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Direct and monitor maintenance of fleet, refrigeration, and security systems.
Oversee facility operations and capital projects; coordinate repairs and upgrades.
Lead safety culture; enforce policies and training.
Manage budgets, labor hours, schedules, and overtime as required.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, USDA, DOT, and related standards.
Coordinate with QA, sanitation, and vendors to maintain compliance and service levels.
Partner with safety and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
