US Foods in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Manager, Fleet & Facility Operations to lead maintenance and operations for all fleet and facility systems, including refrigeration, security, and grounds. You will optimize workflows with CMMS, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and food-safety standards.

You will build and lead a skilled team, coordinate with QA, Safety, and HR, and drive sustainability initiatives while maintaining safety and product integrity for our customers.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years facilities management experience.
• At least 3 years working with refrigeration systems in cold chain.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic data analytics to drive performance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP and related compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee maintenance and sanitation across fleet and facility operations.
• Ensure refrigeration systems meet temperature control standards for perishable products.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Lead safety programs, training, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with QA, Safety, and other departments for audits and improvements.
