Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate repairs and communicate with drivers, mechanics, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency roadside repairs and maintenance for heavy-duty trucks.
• Communicate with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Arrange maintenance services and follow up on repair progress.
• Support operations and terminal personnel to coordinate solutions.
• Assist with transportation and lodging arrangements during breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance updates.
• Provide updates to drivers and teams for smooth repairs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and fleet efficiency.
