Conti Civil LLC. is seeking a Service Coordinator – Fleet & Heavy Equipment in Dunn, NC. The role coordinates maintenance, inspections, and documentation for company fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and trailers, serving as a liaison between mechanics, vendors, and project sites.

The candidate should be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong computer skills and experience with fleet management systems are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fleet coordination or maintenance administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Tenna or similar fleet management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preventive maintenance for heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, and trailers.
• Ensure required state and federal vehicle inspections are completed.
• Provide registration documents and insurance cards for on-road vehicles and trailers.
• Track maintenance requests and follow up with mechanics and vendors.
• Move vehicles and equipment as needed for repairs and branding.
• Assist with parts invoices, orders, and pickups.
