Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to manage the daily movement of rental machines and attachments. You will perform check-ins/outs, document hours and damages, and ensure units are clean, safe, and ready for rental.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to operate a wide range of equipment, and strong communication. Overtime work and minimal supervision are expected in this on-site North Carolina operation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to operate a wide range of equipment.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Skilled at prioritizing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to work overtime on a regular basis.
Able to climb on and off equipment and walk all day.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process inbound and outbound movement of machines and attachments daily.
Complete initial check-in: hours and fuel, manual, photos, and damage notification.
Check-out: verify serial numbers, photos, manuals, and attachments, assist/shipment.
Use tablet for check-in/check-out processes.
Locate and store units neatly and track status.
Identify status of each unit and exercise on the yard.
Perform consignment inspections.
Ensure RFID tracking devices are present and working.
Provide information when requested.
Other tasks as requested by management.
