The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in rental, warehouse, or construction materials, along with strong MS Office skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in rental, warehouse, or construction materials a plus.
• Strong communication and data management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, fleet and inventory management, and billing.
• Support customer interactions and provide guidance on equipment needs.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment fleet location for scheduling and service decisions.
• Apply operational processes to purchasing, fleet, inventory, and billing tasks.
• Analyze reports to inform leadership on trends and opportunities.
