SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Denver to greet customers, guide them through the rental process, and ensure vehicles are ready for the road. You will verify documents, assist in selecting vehicles, and close out rentals with clear charges and receipts.

Expect a friendly, professional environment with growth opportunities and a starting wage of $25.20 per hour. The role includes flexible scheduling and up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required (at least 1 year).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities; manage fleet inventory and schedules.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license with clean record; work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the rental journey; ensure front-of-house is clean and reflects SIXT standards.
• Verify documents, check licenses, help customers select vehicles, and handle exchanges as needed.
• Explain charges and final receipts; finalize rental agreements with accurate documentation.
