Job summary

SIXT in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create standout rental experiences from the moment customers arrive through vehicle return. You’ll greet guests with a smile, assist with paperwork, and help ensure a smooth start to every trip.

You’ll inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage, complete return transactions, and clearly explain final charges. You’ll also promote SIXT services, assist with vehicle movement, and support the team in various weather conditions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; direct issues to the appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges to customers clearly.
• Promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and ensure correct relocation.
