Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or construction operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle compliance requirements (registrations, insurance, inspections).
• Experience coordinating maintenance and working with third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Compliance & Documentation: maintain records for vehicle & equipment registrations, inspections, and insurance; monitor expirations; organize documentation.
• Maintenance & Repairs Coordination: schedule preventative maintenance; coordinate with internal teams and vendors; track service history and costs.
• Equipment Logistics & Mobilization: coordinate mobilization, transport, and demobilization of equipment; align delivery schedules with project timelines; ensure permits and routing.
• Equipment Requests & Allocation: track requests; allocate equipment based on availability and priority; monitor fleet utilization.
• Billing & Cost Tracking: track usage; assist in cost allocation or invoicing; report costs for budgeting.
• Vendor & Internal Coordination: serve as liaison with vendors, repair facilities, and transport providers; align with fleet, safety, and accounting teams.
