Job summary

NEP seeks a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for on-site work at our Pittsburgh facility. The role ensures safety compliance for mobile units, coordinates all truck movement, and supports maintenance across the fleet. The position requires 24/7 on-call availability and a Class A CDL.

You will track PMs, coordinate with leasing companies and outside vendors, and collaborate with Fleet Managers to keep equipment records current. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations, safety and administration.
• Class A CDL is required.
• FMCSA physical exam card and compliance with random drug testing.
• Willing and able to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all truck movement within the compound and to outside vendors.
• Perform daily yard checks and enter data into Microsoft Teams; liaise with engineering and operations.
• Communicate changes with fleet equipment to Fleet department and Mobile Unit Drivers.
• Coordinate maintenance (scheduled or unscheduled) based on priority.
• Monitor and log trailer PMs, inspections, and weight slips.
• Coordinate with tractor leasing companies for PMs, campaigns, repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for PMs and repairs to Mobile Units.
• Maintain equipment and specification spreadsheets for Mobile Units and tractors.
• Notify Fleet Managers of repairs; assist with on-call fleet emergencies.
