Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, or construction operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment compliance requirements (registrations, insurance, inspections).
• Experience coordinating maintenance and working with third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or asset management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records for registrations, inspections, and insurances.
• Maintenance & Repairs Coordination: Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Equipment Logistics & Mobilization: Coordinate mobilization and transport to job sites.
• Equipment Requests & Allocation: Track requests and allocate equipment based on priority.
• Billing & Cost Tracking: Monitor costs related to maintenance, repairs, fuel, and transport.
• Vendor & Internal Coordination: Communicate with vendors, fleet, safety and accounting teams.
