You will work closely with field teams, project managers, and corporate support to optimize utilization, track service history, coordinate maintenance, and manage documentation, registrations,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or construction operations.
• Strong organization and time-management with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet/asset systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet compliance, documentation, and records management.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Manage equipment mobilization to and from job sites.
• Track service history, costs, and maintenance intervals.
• Allocate equipment based on availability and project priority.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and vendors.
• Ensure permits, routing, and transport documentation.
• Support budgeting and cost control with data reporting.
