Werner Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Fleet/Logistics Coordinator to build and maintain driver relationships, address home time, payroll and equipment issues, and ensure service excellence.

You will partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads by origin, destination, freight type, miles and stops, while coordinating with billing, safety, payroll and maintenance teams. This is an on-site role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics, or 2–3 years fleet management/transportation experience.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and management ability; computer terminal and satellite communications proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain driver relationships and meet driver needs.
• Coordinate with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads by origin, destination, freight type, miles and stops.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance and external vendors.
• Work with Dedicated Logistics Manager/Operations Manager to maintain a full board of drivers.
• Ensure timely attendance according to shift schedules.
