Job summary

Cox Fleet in Indianapolis is hiring a Dispatcher to support growth and frontline service delivery across our nationwide network of providers and service centers. You will manage the full dispatch lifecycle, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems while delivering excellent customer service and proactive maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years related field experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tasks
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; able to learn new platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion
• Document and annotate customer interactions in Cox Fleet systems
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady work pipeline
• continually develop and improve dispatching and scheduling capabilities
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned
