Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on dispatching loads, planning driver trips, and maintaining safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

You will coordinate with drivers, customer service, and CSC staff to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include tracking loads, handling paperwork, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of dispatching or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads and plan driver trips to meet load/customer expectations.
• Promote safety in all actions and comply with policies.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate with drivers regarding company and customer requirements.
• Track and trace all current loads in transit and deliveries.
• Prioritize loads for timely delivery and fair driver assignment.
• Assist drivers with route planning and load building.
• Monitor store inventories and support CSC operations.
• Coordinate with CSC Manager and Customer Service Reps as needed.
