Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to dispatch loads, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and communicate with drivers and customers. You will plan trips, track shipments, and assist drivers with route optimization while maintaining professionalism across CSC staff and customers.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of DOT rules, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to customers and communicate requirements to drivers.
• Plan driver trips around load/customer expectations and safety guidelines.
• Track and trace loads in transit and ensure timely deliveries.
• Relay issues to customer service and CSC Manager as needed.
• Assist drivers with route planning and fuel safety/log compliance.
• Maintain professional conduct with drivers, CSC staff, and customers.
