Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher in Odessa, TX. In this role, you will plan driver trips, manage loads, ensure DOT compliance, and communicate with drivers, customer service, and store staff to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in dispatching or customer service.
• Strong communication and organization skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety in all actions.
• Control and complete paperwork as required.
• Safely plan driver trips around loads and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with drivers about company and customer requirements.
• Relay issues to customer service as needed.
• Assist drivers in planning routes and building loads.
• Prioritize loads for timely delivery.
• Track and trace loads in transit and deliveries.
• Assign loads to drivers fairly and efficiently.
• Assist with fuel transit hours and ELD logs.
• Communicate with drivers during pickups, transit, and delivery.
• Monitor store inventories.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with staff and customers.
• Coordinate with CSC Manager, Asst. CSC Manager, and reps.
