Job summary

NFI Industries in North Aurora, IL is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the Dedicated Fleet and assist the Project Manager. You will plan loads, schedule drivers, and coordinate invoicing and KPI reporting while supporting multiple departments.

Base pay is $25.00 per hour with a robust benefits program including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and parental leave. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience required.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan loads and dispatch using Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources.
• Maintain positive relations with drivers and internal teams.
• Schedule drivers, loads, and daily dispatch activities.
• Enter daily data into TMW accurately.
• Coordinate with invoicing to ensure timely weekly customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI data reports to internal/external parties.
• Assist with driver payroll and audit/approve expenses.
