CoolSys is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to handle administrative and data-related tasks supporting fleet management. You will maintain vehicle records, ensure regulatory compliance, and help optimize maintenance and reporting processes in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of direct fleet experience, strong data and organizational skills, and proficiency with fleet management software. You will collaborate with drivers and vendors to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in fleet operations or asset management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and data entry.
• Hybrid schedule requirement and office presence.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records for all fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance history.
• Ensure vehicles are compliant with regulatory requirements by managing and filing necessary documentation and reports.
• Monitors and records fleet activities to ensure vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Input and update data in fleet management software, including vehicle details and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and repairs with service providers.
