Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support and optimize our maintenance operations.

You will coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT and safety compliance, streamlining workflows to keep our fleet operating efficiently. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance admin experience, proficiency with MS Office 365, and familiarity with vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1-3 years maintenance admin experience preferred.
• Experience in equipment coordination and vehicle service writing required.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and service records.
• Generate preventive maintenance reports and prioritize work orders.
• Utilize TMT software for asset tracking and work orders.
• Assist with parts management and vendor coordination.
• Ensure DOT and safety compliance documentation.
