Qualifications

• 2-5 years of fleet management experience or equivalent experience in analytical, financial, or technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle ordering, assignment, transfer, registration, licensing, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
• Process fleet requests, driver requests, customer inquiries, and ServiceNow requests.
• Administer fleet programs including maintenance, repair, fuel, licensing, safety, compliance, invoicing and reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for drivers, branch personnel, and fleet vendors.
• Maintain fleet records and ensure accuracy of data across fleet systems.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and fleet-related projects.
• Identify, research, and resolve fleet-related issues while providing responsive customer support.
