Job summary

SONS Automotive Group LLC is seeking a proactive Fleet Technology & Data Systems Admin Assistant to develop the systems, tools, automation, and reporting infrastructure behind our Fleet operation. You will transform data from vehicles, customers, orders, and finances into scalable workflows and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will enhance Excel/Google Sheets, automate repetitive tasks, and build integrations using APIs and Apps Script.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with advanced formulas and automation.
• Familiar with SQL concepts and basic Python or similar scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting systems and automation for Fleet data.
• Maintain Excel/Sheets workbooks and dashboards for leadership.
• Implement data imports/exports, cleanup, and data governance.
• Build tools to automate workflows and integrations across systems.
• Collaborate with Fleet leadership to define solutions.
