Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC, based in Kansas City, MO, seeks a reliable Fleet Data Administrator to organize and maintain fleet records across databases. You will enter data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy and security while supporting field operations.

This role requires strong Excel skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to specialized software programs; you will collaborate with service center staff and management to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience entering and validating data in large fleet databases.
• Ability to create and maintain clear, accurate reports.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Primarily data entry into our fleet database.
• Create and/or generate reports and tracking documents.
• Review data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports for completeness and accuracy before publishing.
• Ticket screening and some outbound telephone work.
• Support Service Center Representatives as needed.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts).
• All other duties assigned.
