Career Crunch is seeking a Fleet Integration Specialist to coordinate six-to-twelve-month fleet projects, aligning with Fleet, acquisition, and field teams. You will validate vehicle data, manage onboarding tasks, and ensure compliance across titles, registrations, and telematics.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years in fleet management, with strong Excel/SharePoint skills and proven collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Support Project fleet integration over its anticipated six-to-twelve-month duration by coordinating assigned pre-close, Day 1, post-close, and stabilization activities with Fleet, acquisition workstreams, Momentum personnel, field locations, and external service providers.
Collect, validate, and reconcile fleet information for vehicles, trailers, equipment, and drivers, including vehicle identification numbers, specifications, ownership and lease status, organizational coding, locations, assignments, odometers, licensing, employee identifiers, and other required fleet-system data.
Coordinate asset onboarding and service enrollment by supporting fleet inventory uploads, account and dropdown configuration, insurance documentation, fuel and maintenance programs, tolling, registrations, telematics, roadside assistance, pool reservations, decals, and other operational materials while tracking established lead times and exceptions.
Support title, registration, and acquisition documentation activities by reviewing titles, registrations, manufacturer documents, bills of sale, purchase agreements, sales-tax records, powers of attorney, odometer disclosures, inspections, vehicle weights, and state-specific requirements; identify gaps and coordinate resolution with Fleet, sellers, Holman, leasing companies, Legal, and other partners.
Assist managers, Fleet points of contact, and drivers through the transition by coordinating access, instructions, training, employee and driver data, fuel personal identification numbers, distribution and collection of fleet materials, telematics installation reporting, assigned and commuter status validation, and pool-vehicle setup.
Support fleet supplier, financial, and service transitions by gathering fleet management, leasing, fuel, maintenance, registration, and telematics information; assisting with supplier onboarding and billing updates; processing routine fleet transactions; and documenting service continuity, termination, or transition requirements.
Monitor fleet readiness, compliance, and lifecycle needs by tracking missing information, title and registration status, Department of Transportation and related filing requirements, damaged assets, device deployment, high-mileage vehicles, replacement candidates, leased assets, and other operational risks requiring follow-up.
Maintain clear and reliable integration reporting by updating project records, dashboards, checklists, status reports, and process documentation; analyzing routine fleet data; communicating progress and risks; resolving standard issues independently; and escalating complex, regulatory, contractual, or policy matters appropriately.
High school diploma or GED and three to five years of fleet management experience supporting a corporate, commercial, vocational, leasing, utility, government, or comparably complex fleet.
Working experience across several fleet functions, such as asset onboarding, inventory management, vehicle assignments, titles and registrations, maintenance, fuel, telematics, driver support, compliance, financial administration, or vehicle disposition.
Demonstrated ability to validate detailed vehicle, driver, ownership, licensing, and financial information; identify discrepancies; maintain accurate records; and protect confidential information.
Proven collaboration and customer-service skills when working with field personnel, acquired employees, managers, functional partners, vendors, and service providers with differing responsibilities and levels of fleet knowledge.
Ability to organize and prioritize varied, concurrent activities; follow established procedures; make routine decisions independently; communicate risks clearly; and escape nonstandard issues appropriately.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint or comparable business tools, with effective written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience supporting an acquisition, divestiture, fleet conversion, supplier transition, system implementation, or other large-scale organizational change.
Knowledge of fleet titles, registrations, ownership transfers, Department of Transportation compliance, driver qualification records, fuel-tax or registration programs, and state-specific vehicle requirements.
Experience with fleet management, fuel-card, telematics, maintenance, tolling, pool-reservation, or connected-vehicle platforms, including Holman Insights, Geotab, or comparable systems.
Advanced Excel experience, including lookups, PivotTables, Power Query, data reconciliation, and exception reporting; exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Databricks, or workflow-management tools is beneficial.
Experience with supplier coordination, account configuration, billing transitions, fleet reporting, training materials, process documentation, or operational dashboards.
