Utility Supply & Construction Company is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our growing team. The role focuses on coordinating fleet workload, managing fuel programs, and ensuring accurate cost reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience with fleet management software, strong Excel proficiency, and the ability to work well with vendors and internal teams in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3 core requirements: experience with fleet compliance/coordination, construction environment or related role.
• Proficient in fleet management software and Excel; strong data analysis with reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate workload to meet priorities.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute work in a timely manner.
• Manage fuel program, fuel cards, and costs.
• Handle IFTA, state fuel taxes reporting, and tax credits.
• Utilize telematics and GPS systems for day-to-day operations.
• Approve invoices to capture equipment and job costs.
• Respond to storm or emergency work as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
