Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, management, and operation of the casino and hotel vehicle fleet. You will manage key distribution, vehicle cleaning, and preventive maintenance to keep the fleet safe and operational for guests and Team Members.

The role requires vigilance in safety, documentation, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to improve fleet utilization and coordination with Transportation and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Two (2) years of experience in fleet management.
• Must possess a Washington State Class “A”, “B”, or “C” license and passenger endorsement with current DOT physical card or obtain within three (3) months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule regular preventative maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Arrange for necessary repairs and ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Schedule and oversee regular cleaning of all vehicles, interior and exterior.
• Oversee distribution and tracking of vehicle keys; secure key storage and access.
• Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; replenish as needed.
• Track and monitor vehicle usage to optimize fleet utilization.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with regulations and maintain documentation.
