Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking a Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the company fleet and warehouse. The role blends DOT/FMCSA safety oversight with vehicle maintenance and inventory/warehouse management.

You will supervise mechanics, manage vendor coordination, and drive safety culture while partnering with the Logistics Operations Manager to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fleet maintenance or transportation operations.
• Experience in safety compliance with DOT/FMCSA and OSHA standards.
• Proficient with inventory systems and ELD software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet safety, compliance, and driver safety programs.
• Supervise mechanics and coordinate with terminal supervisor on maintenance.
• Ensure warehouse operations adhere to safety protocols and efficiency goals.
• Prepare reports on fleet status, costs, downtime, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule downtime and minimize service disruption.
