Famous Tate is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support logistics and fleet operations under the Maintenance Manager. You will schedule maintenance, track work orders, and minimize vehicle downtime while ensuring accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of transportation or fleet experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma. A valid license and clean background are required; a commitment to safety and DOT rules is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license with no points.
• Clean background and negative drug test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Set up preventive maintenance schedules, track open work orders, and arrange unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs of fuel usage, expenses, parts inventory, and registration paperwork; track safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external repair shops and parts suppliers, and relay urgent roadside or breakdown information to management.

Famous Tate has a great opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator with experience in logistics and fleet operations. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for Famous Tate's fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Maintenance: Set up preventive maintenance schedules, track open work orders, and arrange unscheduled repairs to minimize vehicle downtime

Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain logs of fuel usage, expenses, parts inventory, and registration paperwork. Track safety and regulatory compliance (such as DOT rules where applicable).

Vendor & Communication Management: Coordinate with external repair shops and parts suppliers, and relay urgent roadside or breakdown information to management

Experience:

1 to 3 years in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.

Core Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication, organization, multi-tasking under time pressure, and basic mechanical or automotive repair skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in office productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Requirements:
