Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support the Fleet Department's daily operations. You will maintain fleet records, track inspections, process invoices and work orders, and coordinate equipment inventory updates.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate asset documentation, and provide reporting support across the organization. This role offers growth within a growing company and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative or fleet support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proficiency with MS Office and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Track state inspections, DOT inspections, dielectric inspections, crane inspections, DVIRs, and other compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and expiration dates within Spectrum.
• Process invoices and work orders; manage asset records.
• Update equipment transfers, asset assignments, locations, and ownership in Spectrum.
• Coordinate GPS installations and telematics records; support reporting.
