Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Business Development Coordinator Intern to support the Fleet Card program, handling applications and outreach across reseller and direct customers. You will maintain pipelines, draft outreach materials, and build adoption reports with strong analytical support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in sales operations, business development or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track Fleet Card applications and enrollments and follow up with applicants who started but did not finish.
• Maintain the opportunity tracker and Salesforce records.
• Research and build prospect lists by segment and fuel-spend profile.
