Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking a motivated student for a Fleet Analytics internship in Renton, WA. You will analyze dealer performance, evaluate pricing and program impacts, and develop Tableau dashboards to support revenue growth. You will work with Fleet Services and Pricing on key initiatives and maintain dealer-facing resources.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a dynamic setting. Undergraduate students in a Sales/Marketing path are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication.
• Shows ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Interest in Sales and Marketing and relevant coursework or internship experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with an energetic, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet and dealer performance to identify revenue growth and margin improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate sales mix, pricing, and program performance to understand business impacts.
• Develop and improve Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Fleet Services, Pricing, and cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve Fleet Services processes, tools, and program execution.
• Prepare fleet-specific reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain dealer-facing Fleet Services information and resources.
• Coordinate fleet program integrations and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to additional Fleet Services initiatives as needed.
