Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support growth. You will handle billing in all markets, manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions, and document customer contacts across Cox Fleet systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong Excel and data entry skills, plus the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/ GED with 3 years in a related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact across org levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships.
• Exceptional organization and task balancing capabilities.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Knowledge of trucking or fleet maintenance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes across markets.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody transfer.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain steady workflow.
