Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading on-site mobile maintenance provider, is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support nationwide billing and service scheduling. The role focuses on accurate transaction handling, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service to customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document and note customer interactions in Cox Fleet systems with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services and schedule preventive maintenance.
