Job summary

Cox Fleet in Columbus, OH is hiring a Fleet Services & Billing Specialist to support growth. You will assist with billing, manage maintenance transactions lifecycle, document interactions, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED with 3 years related experience (or equivalent), strong Excel and data entry skills, and ability to learn new systems like FSCA IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED plus 3 years' related field experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes across markets.
• Manage maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by the repair technician.
• Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
