Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Fleet Service Invoicing Coordinator to review service invoices for mileage, labor, parts, and pricing accuracy, and to tailor adjustments per customer agreements with guided training from George & Rick.

You will process data through Fullbay and QuickBooks, ensuring clean records and timely billing, while coordinating with service writers, the parts department, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience with service invoicing or billing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Fullbay or QuickBooks is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Audit every service invoice for accuracy (mileage, labor, parts, pricing).
• Adjust mileage, time entries, and markups per customer requirements with training.
