Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Fleet Service Invoicing Coordinator to review service invoices for mileage, labor, parts, and pricing accuracy, and to tailor adjustments per customer agreements with guided training from George & Rick.

You will process data through Fullbay and QuickBooks, ensuring clean records and timely billing, while coordinating with service writers, the parts department, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience with service invoicing or billing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Fullbay or QuickBooks is helpful.

Fleet Service Invoicing CoordinatorPicture your day starting with a queue of repair orders. You open each one, verify odometer readings, labor hours, and parts used, then fine-tune mileage, time entries, and markups to match each customer’s unique agreement. You’ll receive customer‑specific guidance directly from George and Rick so you know exactly how each account needs to be handled. Once accurate, you’ll push clean data through Fullbay and into QuickBooks, keeping our records tight and customers happy.What you’ll doAudit every service invoice for accuracy: mileage, labor times, parts, and pricing details.Tailor mileage adjustments, time entries, and markups per customer requirements (with dedicated training from George & Rick).Process and enter key account information in Fullbay + QuickBooks for seamless billing.Spot inefficiencies in invoicing and implement improvements to streamline the workflow.Partner with the Cash Management team to support timely payments and effective collections.Coordinate with fellow service writers, the parts department, and technicians to schedule jobs, order parts, and onboard/organize customers.Who thrives hereYou enjoy a fast pace and can pivot quickly.
