Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the lifecycle performance of all assets in the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability assessment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, rental, maintenance, and finance to optimize asset value and ROA for 188,000+ vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet performance and asset lifecycles.
• Coordinate across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, and SCS/RVS for asset optimization.
• Lead weekly asset calls and asset reviews across BU.
• Monitor and improve asset profitability and ROA across 188,000+ vehicles.
