Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the lifecycle of assets across the business unit, directing fleet management, margin analysis and asset performance.

You will coordinate with sales, rental, maintenance, SCS and RVS and report to the Director of Asset Management. The role requires driving profitability, leading asset calls, and ensuring alignment across functional areas; travel 20-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Five or more years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.
• Travel 20-30% and ability to coordinate across multiple functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet performance and asset utilization across geographic area.
• Lead asset reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize asset value.
• Manage idle assets and redeployment processes across product lines.
• Coordinate asset calls and monthly/quarterly/annual performance reviews.
• Support Sales, Rental, Maintenance operations through asset analysis.
