Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee the lifecycle performance of all assets within the BU. The role focuses on fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, and profitability across locations, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

You will coordinate with sales, rental, maintenance, and related teams to maximize asset value and ROA. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional leadership are required to drive data-driven decisions in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a business/finance related field.
Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet management and asset performance within the assigned BU.
Coordinate asset reviews and redeployment across product lines.
Lead asset calls, reporting and analysis to optimize ROA and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and other functions to maximize asset value.
Manage depreciation, disposals and lifecycle planning for ~188,000 vehicles across the company.
