Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU. The role drives fleet management, margin analysis, profitability by location, and vehicle performance, coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, and finance.

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will lead asset reviews and strategic initiatives to maximize asset value. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis across assigned area.
• Coordinate asset reviews and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead asset calls and special projects to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Manage depreciation and asset lifecycle reporting across the BU.
• Provide leadership and training to Asset Management staff and partners.
