Job summary

Nextlink Internet, based in Hudson Oaks, Texas, seeks a Fleet Coordinator to supervise the company fleet, track assets, and ensure vehicle registrations and maintenance are up to date. This on-site role requires coordinating with accounting, handling permits, and optimizing uptime for a multi- state ISP.

You will manage driver changes, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate records, while supporting insurance claims and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Experience with record keeping and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and report on company fleet including asset tracking, GPS and maintenance.
• Renew vehicle and trailer registrations; manage title changes as needed.
• Acquire trip permits or apportioned plates as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and driver data; ensure information is current.
• Coordinate with accounting on Wex Card issuance and replacement.
• Coordinate fleet repairs; minimize downtime with planned servicing.
• Manage driver changes and on-call rotations.
• Maintain vehicle registrations and inspections.
• Transfer vehicles between service centers and offices as needed.
• Assist with fleet maintenance and roadside assistance as needed.
• Compile and analyze fleet data; generate reports on repairs, usage, fuel history, parts.
• Work with insurance on accident claims and repairs.
• Respond to service requests and complete tracking documentation.
