Nextlink Internet, based in Hudson Oaks, Texas, seeks a Fleet Coordinator to supervise the company fleet, track assets, and ensure vehicle registrations and maintenance are up to date. This on-site role requires coordinating with accounting, handling permits, and optimizing uptime for a multi- state ISP.
You will manage driver changes, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate records, while supporting insurance claims and on-call rotations.
We are a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services throughout multiple states to residential, business, K-12 Education and government customers. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a valid driver’s license

Working in office indoor environment and occasionally outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind Moderate noise level High level of interaction with external/internal clients
Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone. Working Hours/Days: Full time 40 hours Rotating On-Call schedule
