Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to assist with administration of vehicle operation programs by collecting statistical and fiscal data on USDOT, IRP, IFTA, and UCR compliance. The role requires knowledge of DOT regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, coordinating with employees and vendors, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Complete and ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project.
• Schedule and determine priority of tasks for the department/project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist the department/project.
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of the department/project.
• Additional duties as assigned.
